Does this sound familiar?

The third flight of stairs

You arrive at the meeting slightly out of breath and hope nobody clocked it. Ten years ago you took those stairs two at a time without thinking about it.

You go, and then you go home

You paid for the gym. You went for half an hour, wandered between machines, decided nobody was looking anyway, and left. The membership card is still in your wallet.

Your kids walk faster than you

Somewhere along the line they stopped waiting for you at the top of the hill. You noticed. You didn't say anything.

The things you can still do today

You can still ski, still hike, still carry the shopping up in one trip. The quiet fear is about which of those goes first.

A member before and after nine coached weeksA member before and after: leaner, and standing differently

Nobody corrects you

You've watched the videos and you half know the movements. But nobody has ever stood next to you and told you what you're actually doing wrong.

The back that reminds you

It's not an injury exactly. It's just there every morning, and it's been there long enough that you've stopped calling it new.

Every gym feels like it's for someone else

Mirrors, headphones, twenty-two-year-olds filming sets. You are not that, you never were, and you're not about to start pretending at forty-five.

You'd rather wear out than rust

The doctor said take it easy. Every part of you disagrees, but nobody's given you a safe way to push.

None of this is a willpower problem. It's what happens when nobody has ever coached you.

What nine weeks actually gives you back

Stairs stop being an event

Within a few weeks, the flight up to the office is just a flight of stairs again. This is usually the first thing people notice, before the scale moves at all.

A coach is watching, every session

Not a video, not an app talking at you. A person who sees your third rep go wrong and fixes it before it becomes an injury.

You start in a group of five

Your first four coached sessions are in a group of five, not thrown into a full class. You learn the movements with nobody watching you figure it out.

Strength you can use outside the gym

Carrying, lifting, hauling a suitcase into an overhead bin, getting off the floor without planning it. The gym is not the point, your life is the point.

Fixed slots, three times a week

Your training is in the calendar like a meeting you can't move. Decision made once, not renegotiated every morning at six.

Numbers instead of opinions

Three InBody scans across the nine weeks. Muscle, fat, visceral fat. You'll know whether it's working rather than squinting at the mirror.

A room of people your age

Parents, business owners, people mostly between 35 and 50. Nobody here raises an eyebrow at how unfit you are, because most of them started from zero too.

You miss a session, you make it up

Nine makeup classes are built in. Work travel and sick kids are assumed, not punished.

What we're not going to tell you

We're not going to tell you that nine weeks undoes fifteen years. If you've spent two decades getting out of shape, you already know that, and you'd stop reading if we pretended otherwise.

What nine weeks does is real and it is measurable: you get meaningfully fitter, visibly stronger, and you stop dreading the stairs. More importantly, you walk out with a system and a room full of people, which is the part that decides whether you're still training next year.

The people who last here are the ones who wanted the second thing. If you want a six-pack by summer, there are places in Prague that will happily promise you that.

People who were exactly where you are

When I joined I could barely do 3 pull-ups. Now, I'm able to do 100 pulls with a 10 kg vest on me. Literally beyond my wildest imagination!

After pregnancy I needed to do something with my body. I was really scared because I was not fit at all, I thought I couldn't make it, but the trainers are patient with beginners, they modify each exercise and keep an eye on me so I make it correctly and don't hurt myself.

Doesn't matter if you are young or older, slim or not so slim, this is a gym for all! The lectors pay attention to those who exercise, so I know I am safe, they don't let me do anything in a wrong way.

How the nine weeks run

Kickoff Strategy Session

Free, 45 minutes, at the gym. We scan you on the InBody so we both know the real starting numbers, talk about what you actually want back, and tell you honestly whether we can help. No workout, come as you are.

Four coached sessions in a group of five

You learn the movements properly, in a small group with your coach. We learn how your body moves and where it doesn't. Nobody gets handed a barbell before they're ready.

Twenty-seven classes, three a week

Fixed slots, 8 to 12 people, always led by a coach. Every workout scales to you, so you train next to ten-year veterans and you both get exactly what you need.

Results Review in week nine

One on one. We put the first scan next to the last one, and you decide what you want to keep building. Most people carry straight on, because by then it isn't willpower anymore, it's just Tuesday.

Everything in the Kickstarter

  • Kickoff Strategy Session. Your starting numbers, your goals, and an honest answer about whether this is for you.

  • Private members-only gym, 9-week access. No walk-ins off the street, no queueing for a rack, no mirrors to pose in front of.

  • 4 coached sessions in a group of five. Where you learn the movements. This is the part every other gym skips.

  • 27 classes, 3× a week, fixed slots. Your times are yours. Booked, expected, and noticed if you don't show.

  • 9 makeup classes. For the weeks when work or the flu wins. Built in, not begged for.

  • Level Method programming + app. A licensed 15-area system that shows you exactly where you stand and what moves next.

  • Starter Nutrition Pack. The simple version that actually gets followed. No weighing broccoli, no food you hate.

  • 3× InBody scan. Start, middle, end. Muscle, fat, visceral fat, in black and white.

  • Results Review 1:1 in week 9. Sit down with your coach, look at the numbers, decide what happens next.

  • Meal System + Travel Survival Kit. What to order, what to cook, and how to eat on the road without starting over.

  • Supplement Guide + Maintenance Blueprint. What's worth your money, what isn't, and how to hold onto this once the nine weeks end.

  • Community events. The part nobody expects to care about and everybody ends up caring about.

  • Saturday Buddy Pass. Bring someone. Saturdays are the easiest day to explain this place instead of describing it.

It's one all-in price with no add-ons, and you'll get the exact number at your Kickoff Strategy Session, once we know whether we can honestly help you. If you'd rather see how the programs compare first, they're on the pricing page.

30 days

I won't let you fail. And I'll put my money on it

If within the first 30 days you decide the Kickstarter isn't for you, I'll refund your entire investment. No hidden conditions, no hard feelings. The risk is on me, not on you.

Questions people ask before they start

How is this different from the 9-Week Transformation?
Same nine weeks, same gym, same coaches. The Transformation is built for people whose main goal is losing weight, so it carries the heavier nutrition machinery: a custom plan with revisions, a habit tracker, weekly feedback and nine InBody scans. The Kickstarter is for people whose main goal is getting strong and fit again. Your coached sessions are in a group of five rather than one on one, nutrition is the simple starter version, and you get three scans instead of nine. If you're not sure which one you are, that's exactly what the Kickoff Strategy Session is for.
I'm the most out of shape I've ever been. Am I too far gone?
No, and you're describing the average person who walks in here. Most of them were convinced the room would be full of ripped athletes and they'd look like an idiot. Then they found parents and business owners in their forties who started exactly where they are. You do your first four sessions in a group of five, so nobody watches you figure it out.
I'm over 40 and my back isn't what it was. Is this safe for me?
That's the reason the first four sessions exist. Technique comes before load, always, and every workout scales to your body on the day. Tell us about the back, the knee, the shoulder and the surgery at the Kickoff Strategy Session. We've coached people through all of it since 2011. Bad coaching is what's dangerous, not training.
Isn't CrossFit that intense cult thing?
Half the people who join here thought exactly that, and a few said so out loud. What actually happens is 8 to 12 adults in a private hall, a coach who knows your name, and a workout scaled to what your body can do today. No screaming, no vomiting, no leaderboard you didn't ask to be on. There's a Labrador called Tuna.
I've started before and quit. Why would this stick?
Because the reason it didn't stick probably wasn't you. A gym showed you the machines once and then left you alone with them, and when nobody's watching, half an hour becomes going home. Here you have fixed slots, a coach who notices when you're not in them, and numbers every few weeks that tell you the truth. That's a system. Willpower is what you needed because you didn't have one.
How fast will I see results?
Breathing and energy usually go first, inside a few weeks. Strength follows, and body composition takes longer than the internet promises. We're not going to tell you nine weeks undoes fifteen years. What nine weeks does is get you measurably fitter and hand you something you can keep going with.
I travel for work. Will I fall behind?
Nine makeup classes are built in, and the Travel Survival Kit exists because half our members are on planes. Missing a week is planned for, not a reason to quit.
Do I need to speak Czech? Or English?
Coaching runs in English, since Joey's American and so is half the room. If you can read this page, you'll do just fine. About half our members are Czech, and both halves complain about burpees in their own language.
How much does it cost?
The program is all-in: coaching, training, nutrition, scans, everything listed above. No add-ons, no hidden extras. You'll get the exact number at your Kickoff Strategy Session, once we know your starting point and whether we can honestly help you. Fair warning: this is a fully coached program, not a discount bootcamp. If you're shopping for the cheapest option in Prague, we're not it.
Can I split the payment?
Yes. Payment can be split into installments, and we'll walk through the options at your Kickoff Strategy Session.
What if it doesn't work for me?
That's what the guarantee is for. If within the first 30 days you decide the program isn't for you, I'll refund your entire investment. No hidden conditions, no hard feelings. The risk is on me, not on you.
What happens after the nine weeks?
Most people stay, and there's a continuing membership built for exactly that. But that's a decision you make in week nine with the numbers in front of you, not a subscription we quietly sign you up for today.
